Passionate about the insurance industry since 1986, Lorraine has built an impressive career spanning local supervision, regional management, training, consulting, sales, and service. Now a licensed life insurance agent and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), she brings over 35 years of experience to her role as Group Benefits Analyst at Sykora Financial.

With a mission to earn long-term relationships by delivering exceptional value, memorable service, and expert advice, Lorraine currently serves over 60 corporate clients. She manages everything from claims experience analysis and renewal negotiations to market research and employee information meetings—always with the goal of ensuring each group benefits plan isn’t just good, but exceptional.
