Expertise and client care go hand in hand, and Lorraine MacNeil-Morgan exemplifies both. With over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lorraine has built a reputation for delivering strategic, personalized group benefits solutions that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.
Since entering the field in 1986, Lorraine has taken on diverse roles across the industry, from supervision and regional management to training, consulting, and client service. As a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and licensed life insurance agent, she now supports more than 60 corporate clients with everything from market research and renewal negotiations to claims analysis and employee education sessions.

Lorraine enjoys traveling, reading, movies, board games, long walks, and dancing to live music. She’s a proud mom of two sons and regularly participates in Meetup events. Giving back is also important to her—she contributes to local charities and donates food to the community food bank. As a bilingual professional who grew up in Montreal, Lorraine brings a strong sense of empathy and communication to every client interaction.
